Shepherd's Pie
Fry minced lamb until golden. Add the Caramelised Onion Gravy, veg stock, diced carrot and diced swede. Simmer for 30 mins with the lid on. Place into a casserole dish and top with creamy mashed potato. Bake at 180oC for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown.
